 The budget agreement announced by the Governor's Office, and detailed in S3000, restores the NJ Network funding line item to 4.299 million (the 2010 funding level) and includes funding for the NJ State Library, also at the 2010 level.  State library per capita aid remains at the level proposed in the Governor's original 2011 budget proposal.
