There are no miracle cures today. Perhaps, in the future, with development of stem cell or similar technology, we will be able to reverse signs of aging with a simple injection.  However, it is not available today.

Laser treatments, chemical peels, fat transfers, Botox, filler injections are all alternatives to traditional facelift surgery, but still require healing time and recovery an in most likelihood will not produce results similar to a facelift.

However, I am always amazed that so many people believe that even though miracle cure is not available in US, it is available on one of the remote islands in Caribbean or in Europe.  I see people travel thousands of miles for “secret gel Injections” to Mexico, Brazil, Russia and Chech Republic just to come back with deformed faces and requiring tens of thousands of dollars worth to find the best anti wrinkle creams of surgery to correct deformities resulting from those miracle cures.

If you choose to travel abroad for surgery, do your homework.
